After a long maceration on the pomace, conducted with soft punching down, the wine matures for 15 months in medium- toasted French oak barrels. The colour is garnet red, while the bouquet is ethereal, with a broad spicy bouquet. Macerations around two weeks, fermentation and maturation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for obtain a good extraction of polyphenolic contents, bright color and high organoleptic qualities of the product.

Vineyards in the Baccinello area-soils rich in alluvial pebbles with a predominance of calcareous clay. Vineyards of Alberese - mainly sand and silt. Manually in 20-kg cases. Traditional fermentation with long contact with the skins for about two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
